Open the file in virtualdubmod . Go to the stream section and disable both audio streams. (by the way what format are they ?) Video/direct stream copy File / save as avi << this will save it without audio at all. Back to streams, enable them and demux each one separately. close the video file and open the new one without audio. Streams/add (add the english audio) video/direct stream copy File/save as avi
